The Nurse Practitioner is responsible for providing comprehensive and compassionate care to guests in the wellness center and IV lounge. This includes administering IV therapy, providing patient education, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for guests.

· Employees must, at all times, be attentive, friendly, helpful, and courteous to all guests, managers, and fellow employees.

· Administer IV therapy to patients in accordance with established protocols

· Provide patient education on IV therapy and other wellness services

· Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans

· Conduct physical exams and order diagnostic tests as needed

· Document patient care in the electronic health record (EHR)

· Maintain a safe and clean work environment

· Stay up-to-date on current trends in IV therapy and wellness Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the facilities including ensuring facility/amenities are in proper working order.

· Prepare treatment rooms, clean after each treatment, and maintain inventory levels of linens and supplies.

· Check appointment schedule and print daily activities as required as well as complete daily reports.

· Ensure inventory control through proper usage of products.

· Maintain current licenses and certifications as required.

Education and Experience:

· Nurse practitioner (NP) certification

· 2+ years of experience in IV therapy or a related field

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Excellent clinical skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· CPR Certification desired.

Physical Requirements:

· Flexible and long hours sometimes required.

· Medium work – Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 25 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.

· Maximize efforts towards productivity, identify problem areas and assist in implementing solutions.

· Must be effective in handling problems, including anticipating, preventing, identifying and solving problems as necessary.

· Must be able to understand and apply complex information, data, etc. from various sources to meet appropriate objectives.

· Must be able to cross-train in other hotel related areas.

· Must be able to maintain confidentiality of information.

· Must be able to show initiative, including anticipating guest or operational needs.

· Perform other duties as requested by management.
