Overview

Our team at Hotel Bardo Savannah is looking for a detail-oriented, service-driven Public Area Attendant to join our Housekeeping team at our luxury urban resort opening February 2024. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing a clean, luxurious environment for guests that makes their visit to Savannah and Hotel Bardo a meaningful one.

Responsibilities

  • Interact positively and professionally with all guests
  • Maintain the quality and consistency of guests’ experiences through proper maintenance and cleaning of specified areas
  • Report maintenance issues in public areas to the necessary department as needed
  • Maintain the supply of and restock public area amenities

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in cleaning or maintenance in an upper-scale hospitality environment preferred
  • Able to effectively problem-solve guests’ requests in a professional and timely manner
  • Able to graciously interact with guests to provide exceptional service
  • Excellent presentation and grooming standards
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for providing an elevated experience for guests
  • Able to withstand various physical activities throughout the work day
