Our team at Hotel Bardo Savannah is looking for an experienced, service-driven Esthetician with exceptional attention to detail to join our Spa team in creating a one-of-a-kind, relaxing experience for clients and guests at our spa facility, Saltgrass. Our ideal candidate will be dedicated to enhancing the guests’ well-being through exceptional and personalized spa treatments. In this role, you will use your expertise and commitment to outstanding customer service to play a pivotal role in ensuring our spa becomes a destination for refined relaxation.

• Provide a range of professional skincare and facial treatments tailored to individual guest needs as well as special event groups
• Assist clients with their ongoing wellness by recommending products for at home maintenance and educating guests about proper skincare regimens
• Conduct thorough consultations regarding current needs, medical history, and overall goals for the facial treatments and ongoing skin health
• Guide clients through offered services and products and meet retail sales goals
• Properly care for and utilize spa equipment, adhering to all sanitation and hygiene standards
• Uphold a warm and welcoming demeanor, ensuring guests feel comfortable and cared for
• Collaborate with fellow spa and fitness professionals to create a seamless and memorable spa experience for guests that encompasses holistic and personalized care
• Maintain working knowledge of the Bardo brand, resort programming and offerings—acting as a trusted resource to guests and members

• Current Georgia License in esthetics
• Previous experience in a luxury spa environment is preferred
• Proven experience in performing a variety of skincare treatments, including facials and specialized procedures
• In-depth knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and the ability to make personalized recommendations
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer-service skills
• Excellent grooming and presentation standards
• Knowledge of proper health, safety, and sanitation practices
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
