Overview

The Surveillance agent performs undercover observations of all Casino activities including, but not limited to, count rooms, tables, coin room, slot machines, cashier areas and vaults.

Responsibilities

  • Observe monitors for any unusual activity and in the case of suspicious behavior report directly to the Casino Shift Manager; report any alarms similarly.
  • Operate surveillance equipment; video recording machines, cameras and other related equipment necessary to conduct surveillance of all Casino areas.
  • Review, maintain and file all video recordings, documents and evidence used in surveillance for possible investigations/conduct time and motion studies.
  • Maintain the operational equipment of the monitor room
  • Maintain confidentiality on a need – to – know basis
  • Safeguard evidence and maintain appropriate controls related to evidence
  • Prepare Incident Reports

Qualifications

  • Able to work evenings, weekends and rotating shifts
  • Fully Bilingual – English / Spanish
