You have a passion for serving, and you love to share the experience of outstanding food and beverage.  You’ve been a server in a chef driven restaurant and have a deep understanding of food, ingredients, preparation and cooking techniques.  You have three to five years of fine dining experience and advanced beverage knowledge of spirits, beer and wine.
