Overview

The Scottsdale Plaza Resort & Villas is looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor who will be responsible for coordinating, supervising and managing all property food and beverage, kitchen and back of the house operations, while maintaining a profitable F&B department and high quality products and service levels. He/she is expected to market ideas to promote business; reduce employee turnover; maintain revenue and payroll budgets; and meet budgeted productivity while keeping quality consistently high.

Responsibilities

  • Training restaurant staff.
  • Managing restaurant staff's work schedules.
  • Managing Miss Punch forms in ADP/Dayforce daily for your scheduled shift
  • Conducting regular inspections of the restaurant & kitchen to determine whether proper standards of hygiene and sanitation are maintained.
  • Overseeing food preparation, presentation, and storage to ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations.
  • Checking in on dining customers to enquire about food quality and service.
  • Monitoring inventory and ensuring that all restaurant essentials are adequately stocked.
  • Ensuring ClearSky is completed per shift
  • Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner & informing Sr. F&B Manager.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Hospitality is advantageous.
  • Proven experience working as a supervisor in the hospitality industry.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • The ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Strong management skills.
  • Knowledge Bar Experience

  • Effective communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
