The Bartender is responsible for the complete set up of the bar area and the mixing of drinks for all guests and servers. Need to maintain the service and cleanliness of the bar area, ensuring quality service, guest satisfaction and control over liquor inventory. As the primary contact with guests at the bar, the Bartender is responsible for selling, preparing, and serving beverages and food. This role includes making menu suggestions, delivering orders, recommending wine selections, and managing inventory. The Bartender must have extensive knowledge of mixology, products, and alcoholic beverages, as well as operate effectively as part of a team and ensure quality service.
Physical Demands:
•Work primarily indoors, with exposure to extreme temperatures (e.g., freezers and kitchens).
•Stand for up to 8 hours and maneuver between tasks.
•Lift trays and equipment weighing up to 20 lbs. regularly; push/pull up to 250 lbs.
•Perform cleaning tasks, including bending, stooping, squatting, and stretching.
•Use manual dexterity and have visual acuity.
•Lift and/or move up to 40 pounds regularly.
