The Commercial Kitchen Technician, is responsible for ensuring that the kitchen equipment is properly maintained thus minimizing down time for property’s commercial kitchens.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair various commercial kitchen equipment, including refrigeration, cooking equipment (ovens, fryers, griddles, etc.), ware-washing systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance and longevity.
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and equipment manuals.
• Communicate with departments regarding equipment issues and solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of service performed, parts used, and customer interactions.
