With at least three years of experience in luxury or fine dining, you understand the importance of timing, grace, and attention to detail. You’re comfortable using reservation and POS systems like OpenTable or SevenRooms and know how to keep things running smoothly even when the room is buzzing. You communicate clearly, lead with positivity, and enjoy working with a diverse team toward a common goal—making every guest feel valued and cared for.
