Position Summary:

The Mini Bar Attendant is responsible for maintaining and restocking the mini bars in guest rooms according to hotel standards. This role ensures accuracy in inventory, timely replenishment of items, and provides a high level of service and attention to detail to enhance the guest experienc

Key Responsibilities:

• Restock mini bar items in guest rooms daily or as needed.

• Record consumption accurately and ensure proper charges are posted to guest accounts.

• Maintain inventory levels and report shortages, expired items, or discrepancies.

• Clean and organize mini bar areas and carts in compliance with health and safety standards.

• Verify expiration dates and product freshness regularly.

• Report maintenance issues or damages found in mini bars or guest rooms.

• Communicate effectively with front desk, housekeeping, and accounting departments.

• Ensure all interactions with guests are professional, courteous, and in line with service standards.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Previous hospitality or inventory experience is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

• Basic math and record-keeping skills.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
