Overview

The purpose of this requisition is to request the hiring of a qualified security professional to ensure the safety and security of guests, employees, and property assets. This position is essential in maintaining compliance with company safety policies, enhancing guest satisfaction through a secure environment, and supporting overall operational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and patrol premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or disruption.

  • Respond to alarms, emergencies, and incidents promptly and effectively.

  • Enforce property rules, regulations, and safety procedures.

  • Assist guests and employees with security-related concerns.

  • Complete incident reports and maintain security logs.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in security or law enforcement (preferred).

  • Strong observational and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

  • Valid security license/certification (if required by state/city).
