The Front Desk Agent is responsible for delivering friendly, attentive, and efficient service to all guests from check-in through checkout. This role plays a key part in creating a positive guest experience while supporting room revenue and occupancy goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist guests in a courteous and professional manner
Handle check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests efficiently
Provide accurate information about the property and local area
Resolve guest concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction
Maximize room revenue and occupancy by following front office procedures
Requirements:
Must be reliable and available to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
