Support the preparation of monthly financial statements and related reporting.
Gain exposure to forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis at the property level.
Participate in audits, compliance reviews, and internal control procedures.
Observe how finance partners with operations to drive profitability.
Use hotel accounting systems (such as PeopleSoft, Birchstreet, or PMS systems) under supervision.
