The Busser plays a vital role in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient dining environment. This position ensures tables are promptly cleared and reset, assists servers with guest needs, and helps maintain overall cleanliness and flow of the restaurant. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

• Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently to maintain table turnover

• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, service stations, and restaurant floors

• Refill water glasses and assist with basic guest needs as directed by servers

• Support servers with food delivery and table maintenance when needed

• Stock service stations with glassware, silverware, napkins, and condiments

• Remove trash and transport dishes to dishwashing areas

• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards

• Collaborate with front- and back-of-house team members to ensure smooth service
