Overview

Graduate by Hilton Princeton is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping team. This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, presentation, and overall guest comfort of assigned guest rooms and public areas. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, demonstrates strong attention to detail, and is committed to delivering exceptional hospitality standards in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Responsibilities

  • Clean and service assigned guest rooms according to brand standards

  • Make beds, change linens, and replace towels and amenities

  • Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize guest rooms and bathrooms

  • Inspect rooms to ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper functioning of equipment

  • Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or lost and found items promptly

  • Replenish housekeeping carts and maintain organized work areas

  • Follow all safety, sanitation, and chemical handling procedures

  • Provide friendly and professional interactions with guests when encountered

  • Support public area cleaning and deep-cleaning projects as assigned

Qualifications

  • Previous housekeeping or hotel experience preferred but not required

  • Ability to work efficiently and independently with minimal supervision

  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills

  • Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, push, and pull up to 40 lbs

  • Ability to complete tasks within required productivity standards

  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays

  • Commitment to maintaining high cleanliness and guest service standards
