Assist with Front Desk operations, including guest check-in/check-out procedures, reservations, and guest service support.
Support Housekeeping operations by learning room inspection standards, cleanliness protocols, and workflow coordination.
Observe and assist Security operations, including safety monitoring procedures, incident reporting, and property protection standards.
Learn and apply hotel service standards to ensure a positive guest experience.
Shadow department managers to understand daily leadership responsibilities and decision-making processes.
Assist in creating and maintaining staff schedules based on occupancy forecasts and operational needs.
Participate in team briefings and operational meetings.
Help monitor departmental performance metrics and service quality standards.
