Overview

Do you LOVE hotels? We are looking for motivated interns to gain a comprehensive understanding of hotel operations through a unique rotational internship program! 

This 10-week immersive program is designed to provide hands-on experience, you will play a key role in supporting the overall operations of both the Executive Offices, Food & Beverage, and Rooms Divisions to get a full and well rounded experience in the enitre hotel! Work closely with the executive leaders on important administration tasks and special projects The Crescent hotel operates in a collaborative environment, allowing you to learn about the hospitality industry while working in a fun and fast-paced environment. This position is based from The Crescent Hotel, Fort Worth, TX.

 

 

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology or Communications.
  • Minimum Junior Status.
  • Able to demonstrate professional work ethic.
  • Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft word and excel.   
  • Ability to participate in a summer internship program of 10 weeks (June-August).
  • You must reside in Dallas, TX during the internship and work onsite.
  • Salary - $20/hr for 40 hour week /10 weeks.
