The Front Office Agent is responsible for providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests during check-in, throughout their stay, and at checkout, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy. Must be flexible to work day and night shifts, weekends and holidays.

Park vehicle in designated location when not in use. Inspect property vehicles for damage and cleanliness. Check tire pressure and fluid levels for property vehicle, and refuel as necessary. Notify appropriate personnel of any vehicle maintenance needs. Document all vehicle incidents (i.e., damages, accidents) and provide reports of incidents to manager/supervisor.

The Food & Beverage Attendant is responsible for the complete set up of the Grab and Go and Bar area. The Attendant is to provide coffee and/or bar service by preparing and serving coffee, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, and food items for all guests. The Attendant is responsible for taking guest orders and accepting payment for food and beverages and making proper change for guests and fellow employees. The Attendant is also responsible for the Grab and Go and related seating areas which includes light cleaning, restocking and general upkeep of the area.
The House Attendant is responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of all assigned areas and equipment. He/she is also responsible for delivering items to guestrooms (express checkout, newspapers – property specific, etc.).

The Food Runner ensures timely delivery of orders so that food is the freshest it can be, resulting in high guest satisfaction. This position is also responsible for ensuring the order is accurate, in accordance to the Server's entry and aesthetically appealing. Food Runners will also assist with clearing tables after service and resetting. Strives to maintain health code standards of food handling.
Support the overall operation of the Human Resource Department in daily administrative functions. Assist the General Manager and Director of Human Resources with key responsibilities for both offices, which includes new hire administration, employee relations, training and communications with both hotel departments and Highgate corporate offices.
The Bartender is responsible for the complete set up of the bar area and the mixing of drinks for all guests and servers. Need to maintain the service and cleanliness of the bar area, ensuring quality service, guest satisfaction and control over liquor inventory.

The Host is responsible for ensuring the prompt recognition and seating of all guests in outlets as assigned and assists the servers in providingpositive, attentive, courteous, and efficient service to guests throughout their dining experience. He/she is also responsible for maintaining par level and service quality of menus.
The Barista will perform several job duties and provide customer service.The Barista will take orders and make coffee, tea, and other drinks to customer specifications. Baristas also operate cash registers and credit card machines.

The Safety and Security Officer is responsible for providing protection and communication with hotel guests and employees. He/she is also responsible for patrolling hotel premises to maintain security, detect and report fire, security and safety hazards and/or violations of Highgate Hotel’s rules and regulations.
