The Steward/Potwasher/Warewasher at Favorite Son is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and proper storage of all china, glass, and silver, and ensuring the highest standards of sanitation. The Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining clean and attractive guestrooms while providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests.

The Sales/Catering Coordinator is responsible for clerical, administrative, marketing materials, and other duties to assist in the smooth operation of Sales/Catering.  He/she is also responsible for providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests.

The Grab and Go Attendant is responsible for accepting payment for food and beverages and making proper change for guests and fellow employees. He/she is also responsible for the Grab and Go and related seating areas which includes light cleaning, restocking and general upkeep of the area.

The Guest Services Manager (OEM) is responsible for assisting the Front Office Manager while providing attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests, including successfully resolving guest complaints, prior to arrival and throughout their stay, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.

The Night Auditor is responsible for reconciling all hotel cashier transactions; reviewing, organizing and compiling management reports on a timely basis and ensuring the accuracy of guest billings and city ledger transactions.
