The Night Auditor is responsible for reconciling all hotel cashier transactions; reviewing, organizing and compiling management reports on a timely basis and ensuring the accuracy of guest billings and city ledger transactions. THIS POSITION IS AN EVENING ONLY POSITION.  SHIFT START TIME OF 3PM.  The Cook is responsible for preparing all food items, based on standardized recipes, for the Restaurants and Banquets, while maintaining the highest standards to produce an appealing and appetizing product. The Reservations Sales Agent is responsible for handling reservations, inquiries and cancellations in an attentive, courteous and efficient manner, and quoting available rates to maximize room revenue according to Highgate Hotel standards.  He/she is also responsible for participating in the monthly Rooms Merchandising meeting.

As a Cook you will hold an essential position in our restaurant. The House Laundry Attendant is responsible for washing, ironing, folding and distributing all soiled linens, towels, napkins and tablecloths.

The Payroll & Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Director of Payroll & Human Resources department with a variety of Payroll and Human Resources functions. They are also responsible for accurate and timely completion of paperwork, and the understanding and enforcement of company policies. 

The Safety and Security Officer is responsible for providing protection and communication with hotel guests and employees. He/she is also responsible for patrolling hotel premises to maintain security, detect and report fire, security and safety hazards and/or violations of Highgate Hotel’s rules and regulations.

The House Attendant is responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of all assigned areas and equipment. He/she is also responsible for delivering items to guestrooms (express checkout, newspapers – property specific, etc.).
