The Steward/Potwasher/Warewasher is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and proper storage of all china, glass, and silver, and ensuring the highest standards of sanitation. He/she is also responsible for assisting the kitchen staff in maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen and all storage areas; specifically for cleaning all equipment, utensils, and the physical work area.  The Luau Show Emcee is responsible to provide the narration of the story line including before, during and after each song and dance performance.  This narration will be scripted by the Luau Artistic Director. The Luau Emcee will also be responsible to sing designated musical selections during the Luau Show. An integral part of their responsibility is maintaining the performance standards as directed by the Luau Artistic Director and will work under the supervision of the Luau Stage Manager to maintain the quality of the Luau Show.
