The Cook 2 is responsible for preparing all food items hot and cold, based on standardized recipes, for the Restaurants, Room Service, Employee Cafeteria and Banquets, while maintaining the highest standards to produce an appealing and appetizing product. He/she is also responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, sanitation and safety in the kitchen and work areas while minimizing waste and maximizing cost/production ratio. Assist in training of other cooks and pantry.

The Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining clean and attractive guestrooms while providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests.

The Breakfast Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional service to guests in an efficient and courteous manner within the complimentary breakfast area of a hotel.

The PT House Attendant is responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of all assigned areas and equipment. He/she is also responsible for delivering items to guestrooms (express checkout, newspapers – property specific, etc.).

The Outlet Cashier/Order Taker is responsible for accepting payment for food and beverages and making proper change for guests and fellow employees. He/she is also responsible for assisting the Host/Hostess in the prompt greeting and seating of all guests and assist servers as needed.

The Outlet Server is responsible for providing the highest quality of service to guests in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner. He/she is also responsible for receiving and delivering guests orders and collecting payment.

Guest Room Engineers at TradeWinds are responsible for the day to day maintenance and service calls for Island Grand and RumFish. You are responsible for the proper maintenance and upkeep of Guest rooms, Guest public areas, meeting rooms, restaurant and lounge. Respond to maintenance requests generated by staff members and Guests in a timely manner. Maintenance of company property may include and is not limited to, electrical work, carpentry, painting, plumbing and general maintenance.

The Engineer, Level 1, is responsible for ensuring that the property is maintained in the best possible condition at all times with the least amount of inconvenience to customers and employees.

The Guest Service Agent is responsible for providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests during check-in, throughout their stay, and at checkout, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.

The Food & Beverage Manager in Training will receive exposure to/and provide support in all aspects of the food and beverage operation including on the floor and kitchen coverage, clerical, administrative, marketing materials, and other duties to assist in the smooth operation of Food & Beverage. He/she is also responsible for providing attentive,courteous and efficient service to all guests.

The Doorperson is responsible for welcoming guests in an attentive, courteous and efficient manner and providing the guest with a positive first impression. He/she is also responsible for providing assistance into and out of the hotel as well as assisting with transportation needs.
