The Restaurant Server is responsible for providing the highest quality of service to guests in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner. He/she is also responsible for receiving and delivering guests orders and collecting payment.
The Restaurant Host/Hostess is the first point of contact for guests dining in the hotel restaurant. This individual warmly welcomes guests, manages seating assignments, and ensures an exceptional first and last impression. The host/hostess plays a key role in creating a welcoming, organized, and smooth-flowing dining experience while supporting the restaurant team with a high level of guest service and professionalism.
The Guest Service Agent is responsible for providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests during check-in, throughout their stay, and at checkout, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.
The Housekeeping Manager is responsible for ensuring the operation of the Housekeeping Department in an attentive, friendly, efficient and courteous manner, providing all guests with quality service and a clean and safe environment throughout their stay, while efficiently managing expenses and maximizing service levels.

The Director of Engineering is responsible for all administrative, financial and operating aspects of the hotel as they directly relate to the engineering division. He/she is responsible for the safe and profitable operation of the hotel.
The Luau Show Emcee is responsible to provide the narration of the story line including before, during and after each song and dance performance. This narration will be scripted by the Luau Artistic Director. The Luau Emcee will also be responsible to sing designated musical selections during the Luau Show. An integral part of their responsibility is maintaining the performance standards as directed by the Luau Artistic Director and will work under the supervision of the Luau Stage Manager to maintain the quality of the Luau Show.
The Stewarding Supervisor is responsible for the operations of the stewarding department during the afternoon and evening shifts to ensure proper washing of kitchen utensil sanitation. He/she is also responsible for supervising the stewarding department and ensuring that all outlet surfaces and utensils are clean and in compliance with all Health department requirements and hotel guidelines.
The Cook is responsible for preparing all food items, based on standardized recipes, for the Restaurants, Room Service, Employee Cafeteria and Banquets, while maintaining the highest standards to produce an appealing and appetizing product. He/she is also responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, sanitation and safety in the kitchen and work areas while minimizing waste and maximizing cost/production ratio.
The Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining clean and attractive guestrooms while providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests.
The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for administering and coordinating housekeeping functions in assigned sections, as well as assuming all Housekeeping Manager functions in his/her absence.
The House Attendant is responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of all assigned areas and equipment. He/she is also responsible for delivering items to guestrooms (express checkout, newspapers – property specific, etc.).
The Engineering is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Engineering Department. In the absence of the Director and/or Assistant, the engineer will assume the administrative, financial and operating aspects of the hotel for the Engineering department.
The Host person is responsible for ensuring the prompt recognition and seating of all guests in outlets as assigned and assists the servers in providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to guests throughout their dining experience. He/she is also responsible for assisting the cashier in the collection of payment for all guest transactions.
The Bartender is responsible for the complete set up of the bar area and the mixing of drinks for all guests and servers. Need to maintain the service and cleanliness of the bar area, ensuring quality service, guest satisfaction and control over liquor inventory.

The Attendant is to provide coffee and/or bar service by preparing and serving coffee, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, and ring up food items for all guests. The Attendant is responsible for taking guest orders and accepting payment for food and beverages and making proper change for guests and fellow employees. The Attendant is also responsible for the Grab and Go and related seating areas which includes light cleaning, restocking and general upkeep of the area.
