The House Attendant is responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of all assigned areas and equipment. He/she is also responsible for delivering items to guestrooms (express checkout, newspapers – property specific, etc.).

The Engineer 1 diagnoses and provides service and repairs to hotel equipment including electrical, plumbing, steam, gas, fire & safety, HVAC refrigeration, interior, paint and decorating, and guest room repair and responds to inquiries and problems in an efficient, courteous and professional manner, with the least amount of inconvenience to guests and employees, achieves maximum guest engagement, while complying with all Highgate Hotel’s policies and procedures.
The Lead Pool Attendant is responsible for overseeing the service of all pool stations providing exceptional customer service to all guests. He/she is also responsible with training, motivating, and coaching the staff.
The Bellperson is responsible for assisting guests with luggage upon arrival and departure and accommodating guests during their stay in an attentive, courteous and efficient manner.

The Complex Group Sales Manager is responsible for effectively soliciting and becoming familiar with all accounts in his/her market segments. He/she is also responsible for prospecting and closing on assigned accounts/territory to positively impact hotel revenues.
The Carpenter is responsible for Repair, maintain and construct wood structures such as partitions, doors, furniture and similar items throughout the hotel. The Carpenter is to provide the highest quality service working in an efficient and thoughtful manner. At all times the highest level of service standards is to be adhered to.
