As a Food Runner at Graduate Princeton, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional dining experience by ensuring food and beverages are served promptly, accurately, and with a warm Graduate welcome. You’ll act as the link between our kitchen and dining team delivering dishes, assisting servers, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for ensuring proper review, timely processing and communicating of all disbursements in accordance with Highgate’s policies and procedures. This position is within the Highgate Family Office where a candidate will regularly communicate directly with Senior Management and family members.

The Night Auditor is responsible for reconciling all hotel cashier transactions; reviewing, organizing and compiling management reports on a timely basis and ensuring the accuracy of guest billings and city ledger transactions. He/she is also responsible for effectively communicating concerns and/or related issues to all levels of management and performing guest service agent duties as required, including check-in, check-out, switchboard operation and reservations.
Provide advanced technical support and resolution for the IT support team via remote control, telephone, and desk-side support. Manage requests via ticketing system, contribute to technical knowledge base, and work with department managers to support projects and operational needs.
The Bellperson is responsible for assisting guests with luggage upon arrival and departure and accommodating guests during their stay in an attentive, courteous and efficient manner.
The Club Floor Attendant is responsible for providing the highest quality service possible to guests while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the hours of operation. The club floor attendant is responsible for the set up and maintaining of the breakfast buffet while insuring that all breakfast tables are kept clean and presentable at all times.
The Cook II (Full-TIme) is responsible for preparing all food items, based on standardized recipes, for the Restaurants, Room Service, Employee Cafeteria and Banquets, while maintaining the highest standards to produce an appealing and appetizing product. He/she is also responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, sanitation and safety in the kitchen and work areas while minimizing waste and maximizing cost/production ratio.
The House Laundry Attendant is responsible for washing, ironing, folding and distributing all soiled linens, towels, napkins and tablecloths.
The Maintenance Engineer Painter is responsible for ensuring that the property is maintained in the best possible condition at all times with a focus on painting throughout the property.
