The House Laundry Attendant is responsible for washing, ironing, folding and distributing all soiled linens, towels, napkins and tablecloths.

The role supports a clean, safe, and welcoming environment throughout the property and may assist with special cleaning projects or provide support to Room Attendant and House Attendant functions as operational needs require.

This role is responsible for providing attentive and personalized service throughout the guest journey from check‑in and stay support to departure, while maintaining accuracy, pace, and professionalism in a high‑energy luxury environment. Guest Services Agents actively contribute to guest satisfaction and hotel performance by anticipating needs, resolving requests with care, and supporting revenue and occupancy goals through informed, service‑driven interactions.

He/she is also responsible for assisting the kitchen staff in maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen and all storage areas; specifically for cleaning all equipment, utensils, and the physical work area. He/she is also responsible for assisting with proper food storage and rotation.
