The Cook II (Full-TIme) is responsible for preparing all food items, based on standardized recipes, for the Restaurants, Room Service, Employee Cafeteria and Banquets, while maintaining the highest standards to produce an appealing and appetizing product. He/she is also responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, sanitation and safety in the kitchen and work areas while minimizing waste and maximizing cost/production ratio.

The Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining clean and attractive guestrooms while providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests.

The Breakfast Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional service to guests in an efficient and courteous manner within the complimentary breakfast area of a hotel.

The Bartender is responsible for the complete set up of the bar area and the mixing of drinks for all guests and servers. Need to maintain the service and cleanliness of the bar area, ensuring quality service, guest satisfaction and control over liquor inventory.

This is an on-call server/bartender position for Franklin on 2, restaurant inside La Quinta Chicago Downtown.  This position will be used to help support PTO coverage within the outlet as well as special events.  The Restaurant Server is responsible for providing the highest quality of service to guests in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner. He/she is also responsible for receiving and delivering guests orders and collecting payment.

This is a 10-week immersive program designed to provide hands-on exposure to hotel revenue management and operations, all while working in a fun and fast-paced hospitality environment. Specific property placement will be discussed once an internship offer is extended.

The House Laundry Attendant is responsible for washing, ironing, folding and distributing all soiled linens, towels, napkins and tablecloths.

The Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining clean and attractive guestrooms while providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests.

The Night Auditor is responsible for reconciling all hotel cashier transactions; reviewing, organizing and compiling management reports on a timely basis and ensuring the accuracy of guest billings and city ledger transactions. He/she is also responsible for effectively communicating concerns and/or related issues to all levels of management and performing guest service agent duties as required, including check-in, check-out, switchboard operation and reservations.

We are looking for an up-beat person who has a knack for hospitality and a passion to serve guests and customers.  This position is for a mixed schedule.  Mornings (5:30a - 11a) and Evenings (4p-11p).  

The Luau Musician must be an expert at playing the instrument they are hired to play. An integral part of their responsibility is to work in conjunction with the Luau Stage Manager under the direction of the Luau Artistic Director to maintain the quality of the Luau Show.  

- The Outlet Cashier/Order Taker is responsible for accepting payment for food and beverages and making proper change for guests and fellow employees. He/she is also responsible for assisting the Host/Hostess in the prompt greeting and seating of all guests and assist servers as needed.

The Swell Server (On-Call) is responsible for providing the highest quality of service to guests in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner. He/she is also responsible for receiving and delivering guests orders and collecting payment.

The House Attendant is responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of all assigned areas and equipment. He/she is also responsible for delivering items to guestrooms (express checkout, newspapers – property specific, etc.).

The Accounting Clerk must be able to perform all accounting functions such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, processing and collections, internal audit and general cashier, ensuring that all completed in a timely and accurate manner.

The Sales/Catering Coordinator is responsible for clerical, administrative, marketing materials, and other duties to assist in the smooth operation of Sales/Catering.  He/she is also responsible for providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests.

The Server is responsible for providing the highest quality of service to guests in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner. He/she is also responsible for receiving and delivering guests orders and collecting payment.
