The Assistant General Manager is responsible for continually focusing on achieving hotel profitability through revenue generation, cost control, guest satisfaction and developing employees, while maintaining the integrity of the hotel.

The Public Area Attendant is responsible for maintaining Highgate Hotel Standards in all assigned lobby areas, Business Center, Fitness Center, restaurants, public restrooms, corridors, meeting rooms, offices, elevators, pool areas, parking garages, driveways, and any other public spaces. The Activation/Recreations Ambassador is a multifaceted position responsible for various duties throughout the property. Activations/Recreations Ambassadors work directly with the Venue Manager to assist during special events/functions at the pool and other hotel venues. The responsibilities include but not limited to; Assuring the pool area are clean and furniture is properly setup at all times, provide attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests, including successfully resolving guest request, throughout their stay, while maximizing revenue and occupancy.

He/she is also responsible for effectively communicating concerns and/or related issues to all levels of management and performing guest service agent duties as required, including check-in, check-out, switchboard operation and reservations.
