The Bellperson is responsible for assisting guests with luggage upon arrival and departure and accommodating guests during their stay in an attentive, courteous and efficient manner.

The Cook is responsible for preparing all food items, based on standardized recipes, for the Restaurants,  and Banquets, while maintaining the highest standards to produce an appealing and appetizing product. He/she is also responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, sanitation and safety in the kitchen and work areas while minimizing waste and maximizing cost/production ratio.

The Substitute Room Attendant will be servicing guest rooms, while making sure to follow a comprehensive cleaning process throughout the hotelfollowing all of the Brand and CDC guidelines for cleanliness.

The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for administering and coordinating housekeeping functions in assigned sections, as well as assuming all Housekeeping Manager functions in his/her absence.

Shuttle Drivers are responsible for providing hospitality in an attentive, friendly, and efficient manner to all guests. The job duties of this position include, but not limited to: Ensuring guest are driven to and from the airport in an efficient safe manner; assisting with customers’ belongings such as luggage, baby strollers, suit jackets, and wheelchairs; and provide driving directions and other information to guest. Constant radio contact with the Valet and Front Desk are a must to ensure efficient and reliable transportation as well as timely vehicle retrievals from the parking garage. The House Attendant is responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of all assigned areas and equipment. He/she is also responsible for delivering items to guestrooms (express checkout, newspapers – property specific, etc.). Starting $16.00 p/h

The Restaurant Server is responsible for providing the highest quality of service to guests in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner. He/she is also responsible for receiving and delivering guests orders and collecting payment.

The National Sales Director will be responsible for creating group & transient revenue opportunities for the Highgate Select hotel portfolio by developing & generating new key account/business opportunities. As part of the responsibilities for working remotely, you will be expected to make regular established property visits (as needed) to attend all pertinent site visits, pre/post cons, client events, event planning meetings, etc. pertaining to your assigned key segments/territory. You will also be required to attend specified industry events, tradeshows, or customer facing meetings.  This Sales Leader will also be responsible for attending and presenting out to ownership, key stakeholder, and internal Highgate senior leadership as determined by the Senior Vice President of Sales.
