The Guest Service Agent is responsible for providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests during check-in, throughout their stay, and at checkout, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.
The Night Auditor is responsible for reconciling all hotel cashier transactions; reviewing, organizing and compiling management reports on a timely basis and ensuring the accuracy of guest billings and city ledger transactions. He/she is also responsible for effectively communicating concerns and/or related issues to all levels of management and performing guest service agent duties as required, including check-in, check-out, switchboard operation and reservations.

As a Pastry Cook, you will hold a crucial position in our Pastry shop. You will work independently, under minimum supervision, and will be preparing delicious baking goods according to our recipes and plating specs which are so important for creating a memorable experience to our guests. You will be responsible for prepping, cooking and baking items, while supporting the Pastry Lead's and Pastry Chef's efforts to improve the general quality of products being prepared.
The Pastry Lead is responsible for supervising all aspects of production in the Pastry Shop. He/she is also responsible for controlling food/labor costs, pastry and bread product quality and quantity and coordination of pastry and bread production for banquet and restaurant functions. The Pastry Chef is also responsible for maintaining payroll/productivity within budgeted guidelines, developing new dessert/pastry/bread products for outlets and banquets, and maintaining quality/cost control.
