The House Attendant is responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of all assigned areas and equipment. He/she is also responsible for delivering items to guestrooms (express checkout, newspapers – property specific, etc.).

The Front Office Agent is responsible for providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests during check-in, throughout their stay, and at checkout, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.

 The Luau Show Female Dancer will work under the supervision of the Luau Stage Manager and work in conjunction with the Luau Show Line captains to assist with the daily operations of the Luau Show.  An integral part of their responsibility is maintaining the performance standards as directed by the Luau Artistic Director. The Luau Show Female Dancer provides professional authentic Hawaiian/Polynesian songs, dances or skits, performances before, during and after the show.  Provides excellent guest experience. 

The Outlet Server is responsible for providing the highest quality of service to guests in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner. He/she is also responsible for receiving and delivering guests orders and collecting payment.

The Restaurant Server is responsible for providing the highest quality of service to guests in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner. He/she is also responsible for receiving and delivering guests orders and collecting payment.

The Food Runner ensures timely delivery of orders so that food is the freshest it can be, resulting in high guest satisfaction. This position is also responsible for ensuring the order is accurate, in accordance to the Server's entry and aesthetically appealing. Food Runners will also assist with clearing tables after service and resetting. Strives to maintain health code standards of food handling.Rate of pay: $15.68/hr (Probationary Rate) $18.21/hr (Regular Rate)  

The Spa Attendant/Front Desk Agent is responsible for assisting the spa staff in providing a unique and outstanding spa experience for our members and guests.  He/she is also responsible for scheduling all spa related appointments, checking guests in and out, and assisting in all retail sales. Salary Range ($18.81 hr - $18.81 hr)- In addition to  travel discounts at our hotels, Highgate offers competitive benefits, including three pricing tiers of medical coverage as well as Dental and Vision to full-time associates. The Outlet Busperson is responsible for assisting the servers in providing the highest quality service possible to guests while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the hours of operation. The busperson must insure that all tables are kept clean and presentable with clean china, glassware, silverware and linen.

The Room Service Server is responsible for receiving orders, preparing orders and delivering items to guestrooms in an attentive, courteous and efficient manner.
