The Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining clean and attractive guestrooms while providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests.

The Night Auditor is responsible for reconciling all hotel cashier transactions; reviewing, organizing and compiling management reports on a timely basis and ensuring the accuracy of guest billings and city ledger transactions. He/she is also responsible for effectively communicating concerns and/or related issues to all levels of management and performing guest service agent duties as required, including check-in, check-out, switchboard operation and reservations.

The Luau Server is responsible for providing the highest quality of service to guests in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner. He/she is also responsible for receiving and delivering guests orders and collecting payment.

The Cook is responsible for preparing all food items, based on standardized recipes, for the Restaurants, Room Service, Employee Cafeteria and Banquets, while maintaining the highest standards to produce an appealing and appetizing product. He/she is also responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, sanitation and safety in the kitchen and work areas while minimizing waste and maximizing cost/production ratio.

The Room Attendant will be servicing guest rooms, while making sure to follow a comprehensive cleaning process throughout the hotelfollowing all of the Brand and CDC guidelines for cleanliness.

To provide quality Food & Beverage service to guests in accordance with hotel standards to ensure guest satisfaction. Abide by all Hotel Policies & ensure that the County of Maui Liquor Laws are being adhered to & enforced. The Resort Activities & Cultural Ambassador will be an ambassador of Aloha. Sharing the Aloha spirit with Resort guests in an attentive, courteous and efficient manner while helping them to compose their ‘Alohilani story. This role will be responsible for responding and engaging with guests in all Front of House areas, facilities and outlets. This role will assist The Resort Activities & Cultural Coordinator with the coordination of all Alohilani Resort Waikiki Beach activities to include cultural programming, demonstrated knowledge of Hawaiian Culture, entertainment, kids activities, keiki passport program and pool deck programming. 

This position is responsible for all accounting responsibilities related to various disciplines within the accounting department, which would include: Accounting Controlling, Hotel Accounting, & Internal/External audits.

The Complex Accounts Receivable Clerk is responsible for ensuring proper review, timely processing and communications of all guests billing and the collection thereof, in accordance with Highgate Hotel’s policies and procedures.

Shuttle Drivers are responsible for providing hospitality in an attentive, friendly, and efficient manner to all guests. The job duties of this position include, but not limited to: Ensuring guest are driven to and from the airport in an efficient safe manner; assisting with customers’ belongings such as luggage, baby strollers, suit jackets, and wheelchairs; and provide driving directions and other information to guest. Constant radio contact with the Valet and Front Desk are a must to ensure efficient and reliable transportation as well as timely vehicle retrievals from the parking garage. The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for administering and coordinating housekeeping functions in assigned sections, as well as assuming all Housekeeping Manager functions in his/her absence.
