The Engineer is responsible for ensuring that the property is maintained in the best possible condition at all times with the least amount of inconvenience to guests and associates. The Head Concierge oversees the seamless operation of concierge department, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment for all residents and visitors. The Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining clean and attractive guestrooms while providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests.

The Night Auditor is responsible for reconciling all hotel cashier transactions; reviewing, organizing and compiling management reports on a timely basis and ensuring the accuracy of guest billings and city ledger transactions. He/she is also responsible for effectively communicating concerns and/or related issues to all levels of management and performing guest service agent duties as required, including check-in, check-out, switchboard operation and reservations.

The Street Bar Server is responsible for providing the highest quality of service to guests in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner. He/she is also responsible for receiving and delivering guests orders and collecting payment.

The Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining clean and attractive guestrooms while providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests.

The House Attendant is responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of all assigned areas and equipment. He/she is also responsible for delivering items to guestrooms (express checkout, newspapers – property specific, etc.).

The Line Cook is responsible for preparing all mise-en-place for station and working service. They are responsible for all vegetable accompaniments for protein dishes, for the speed, accuracy & temperature for all protein dishes and operate effectively as part of a team. They communicate clearly, ensure smooth service operations and quality service.

The Steward is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and proper storage of all China, glass, and silver, and ensuring the highest standards of sanitation. He/she is also responsible for assisting the kitchen staff in maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen and all storage areas; specifically for cleaning all equipment, utensils, and the physical work area. He/she is also responsible for assisting with proper food storage and rotation.

As the primary contact with guests at the bar, the Bartender is responsible for selling, preparing and serving mixed beverages, wine and food. Duties include preparing and serving beverages, overseeing bar maintenance, making menu suggestions, delivering food and drinks, describing the dishes to guests, recommending wine selections, monitoring guest satisfaction, and managing inventory. Must be pleasant, conscientious, and professional with an extensive knowledge of mixology, product, and alcoholic beverage selections. Must be able to operate effectively as part of a team, communicate clearly, and ensure smooth service operations and quality service.

The Server is responsible for providing the highest quality of service to guests in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner. The Server is also responsible for receiving and delivering guests orders and collecting payment. The Breakfast Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional service to guests in an efficient and courteous manner within the complimentary breakfast area of a hotel.

He/she is also responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, sanitation and safety in the kitchen and work areas while minimizing waste and maximizing cost/production ratio.

Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools, including the dish washing machine, hand wash stations pot-scrubbing station, and trash compactor. Wash and disinfect kitchen and store room areas, tables, tools, knives, and equipment. Receive deliveries, store perishables properly, and rotate stock. Ensure clean wares are stored in appropriate areas. Use detergent, rinsing, and sanitizing chemicals in the 3-compartment sink to clean dishes. Inspect, pull, and stack cleaned items, send soiled items back for re-scrubbing and re-washing. Rack and spray all racked items with hot water to loosen and remove food residue.
