The Breakfast Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional service to guests in an efficient and courteous manner within the complimentary breakfast area of a hotel.
The Front Office Agent is responsible for providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests during check-in, throughout their stay, and at checkout, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.
The Server is responsible for providing the highest quality of service to guests in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner. He/she is also responsible for receiving and delivering guests orders and collecting payment.
The Steward/Potwasher/Warewasher is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and proper storage of all china, glass, and silver, and ensuring the highest standards of sanitation. He/she is also responsible for assisting the kitchen staff in maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen and all storage areas; specifically for cleaning all equipment, utensils, and the physical work area. He/she is also responsible for assisting with proper food storage and rotation.
The Guest Service Agent is responsible for providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests during check-in, throughout their stay, and at checkout, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.
The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for administering and coordinating housekeeping functions in assigned sections, as well as assuming all Housekeeping Manager functions in his/her absence.

The Front Office Agent is responsible for providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests during check-in, throughout their stay, and at checkout, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.The schedule for this position is 7AM - 3PM Saturday/Sunday and 3 shifts of open availability.
- The House/Laundry Attendant is responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of all assigned areas and equipment, and washing, ironing, folding and distributing all soiled linens and towels. He/she is also responsible for delivering items to guestrooms (express checkout, newspapers – property specific, etc.)- The schedule for this position is Saturday/Sunday starting at 9:00AM, and 3 shifts of open availability.
The Banquet Server is responsible for the set-up and serving of food and beverages to guests at all banquet functions, according to the hotel standards.
The Banquet Captain (On-Call) is responsible for supervising and assisting with the set-up, service and clean-up of all assigned banquet functions.
The Groundskeeper is responsible for ensuring that the outside grounds of the property is maintained at the best possible condition at all times with the least amount of inconvenience to guests and employees. The Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the grounds outside the building to include: trimming of grass, trees, shrubs, removal, and planting of all types of plants, etc.
The Engineer, Level 1, is responsible for ensuring that the property is maintained in the best possible condition at all times with the least amount of inconvenience to customers and employees.
The Guest Service Agent is responsible for providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests during check-in, throughout their stay, and at checkout, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.
The Sr. Safety and Security Officer is responsible for providing protection and communication with hotel guests and employees, patrolling hotel premises to maintain security, and to detect and report fire, security and safety hazards and/or violations of Highgate Hotel’s rules and regulations. He/she is also responsible for supporting the training and development of Security team members, as well as preparing, reviewing, and distributing incident reports in accordance with established procedures.
The Engineer, Level 3 is responsible for performing skilled repairs to the building and equipment and to maintain the best possible condition at all times with the least amount of inconvenience to guests and employees.
