The Room Inventory Coordinator is a key team member responsible for the coordination and oversight of all facets of guest room reservation inventory management, functioning as the central hub between all departments including Revenue Management, Sales, Front Office, Central Reservations, and Finance.
The Night Auditor is responsible for reconciling all hotel cashier transactions; reviewing, organizing and compiling management reports on a timely basis and ensuring the accuracy of guest billings and city ledger transactions. He/she is also responsible for effectively communicating concerns and/or related issues to all levels of management and performing guest service agent duties as required, including check-in, check-out, switchboard operation and reservations.
The Assistant General Manager is responsible for continually focusing on achieving hotel profitability through revenue generation, cost control, guest satisfaction, and developing employees, while maintaining the integrity of the hotel. This is an OEM position, and overtime does apply and is calculated accordingly.
The Restaurant Server is responsible for providing the highest quality of service to guests in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner. He/she is also responsible for receiving and delivering guests orders and collecting payment.
The Cook is responsible for preparing all food items, based on standardized recipes, for the Restaurants, Room Service, Employee Cafeteria and Banquets, while maintaining the highest standards to produce an appealing and appetizing product. He/she is also responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, sanitation and safety in the kitchen and work areas while minimizing waste and maximizing cost/production ratio.
The Reservations Group Coordinator is responsible for handling all transient reservations, faxes, email and telephone inquiries and cancellations in an attentive, courteous and efficient manner, and quoting available rates to maximize room revenue according to Highgate Hotel standards. Being able to multi task is critical along with handling a very large work load. Time management is key is this role. He/she is also responsible for participating in the monthly Rooms Merchandising meeting.

The F&B Hospitality Associate plays a key role in upholding service standards and enhancing the overall guest experience. This is a physically active position requiring extended periods of standing, walking, and lifting. The ability to transport and occasionally serve alcoholic beverages in compliance with hotel policies and legal regulations is required.
