The Safety Ambassador Supervisor is responsible for directing the day-to-day operation of the Safety and Security department, providing protection and communication with hotel guests and employees. He/she is also responsible for patrolling hotel premises to maintain security, detect and report fire, security and safety hazards and/or violations of Highgate Hotel rules and regulations.

The Overnight Kitchen Supervisor is responsible for overseeing overnight culinary operations, executing in-room dining (IRD) orders, and maintaining the highest standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene during the late-night and early-morning hours. Operating independently in a luxury hotel and residential condominium environment, this working supervisor manages all culinary production, ensures rapid order execution for overnight guests, and prepares early-morning mise en place and breakfast staging for the morning shift.

As the voice of the Client, the Events Coordinator is responsible for elevating the level of service by providing a one call/one stop experience for our Clients. The purpose of the position is to provide convenient and efficient service that creates an experience that exceeds expectations. This position will elevate the level of service provided to our Clients and Guests by trouble-shooting for the Convention Services and Catering Managers while they are planning for future conferences. The purpose of the Rooms Controller Agent Position is to increase guest preference of our hotel and Highgate Hotels brand. The Rooms Controller assigns hotel rooms to guests based on their reservation and unique requests and preferences. The Rooms Controller will maintain and manage the hotel’s inventory of guest rooms while supporting front desk operations with reservation and rooms related information.
