The Lead Esthetician plays a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional, elevated spa experience that aligns with the standards of a luxury wellness environment. This position combines advanced technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, ensuring that all esthetic services are performed to the highest level of quality, consistency, and guest care. The Lead Esthetician oversees the day-to-day operations of the esthetics department, supports and mentors the esthetician team, and upholds the spa’s service protocols, hygiene standards, and brand philosophy. This role works closely with the Spa Director, Assistant Spa Director and Spa Manager to maintain seamless operations, drive retail performance, and enhance the overall guest journey.

Direct booking and detailing of small meeting and room blocks for various clients to include both corporate and social clientele. Maximizes profitability and revenue of the hotel by upselling in order to achieve sales goals.

The Luau Male Dancer / Fire Knife Dancer will work under the supervision of the Luau Stage Manager and work in conjunction with the Luau Show Line Captains to assist with the daily operations of the Luau Show.  An integral part of their responsibility is maintaining the performance standards as directed by the Luau Artistic Director. The Luau Male Dancer / Fire Knife Dancer provides professional authentic Hawaiian/Polynesian songs, dances or skits, performances before, during and after the show.  Provides excellent guest experience. 

The House Attendant is responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of all assigned areas and equipment. He/she is also responsible for delivering items to guestrooms (express checkout, newspapers – property specific, etc.).

The Luau Show Line Captain will work in conjunction and assist the Luau Show Stage Manager and Luau Show Dancers with all the daily operations of the Luau Show.  An integral part of their responsibility is maintaining the performance standards as directed by the Luau Artistic Director to maintain the quality of the Luau show. The Food Runner ensures timely delivery of orders so that food is the freshest it can be, resulting in high guest satisfaction. This position is also responsible for ensuring the order is accurate, in accordance to the Server's entry and aesthetically appealing. Food Runners will also assist with clearing tables after service and resetting. Strives to maintain health code standards of food handling.
