The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for administering and coordinating housekeeping functions in assigned sections, as well as assuming all Housekeeping Manager functions in his/her absence.
The Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible for coordinating, supervising and managing all property food and beverage, kitchen and back of the house operations, while maintaining a profitable F&B department and high quality products and service levels. He/she is expected to market ideas to promote business; reduce employee turnover; maintain revenue and payroll budgets; and meet budgeted productivity while keeping quality consistently high.
The Cook is responsible for preparing all food items, based on standardized recipes, for the Restaurants, Room Service, Employee Cafeteria and Banquets, while maintaining the highest standards to produce an appealing and appetizing product. He/she is also responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, sanitation and safety in the kitchen and work areas while minimizing waste and maximizing cost/production ratio.
The Complex Sales Manager is responsible for effectively soliciting and becoming familiar with all accounts in his/her market segments. He/she is also responsible for prospecting and closing on assigned accounts/territory to positively impact hotel revenues.
The Complex Event Manager is responsible for coordinating, supervising assigned group business turned over by the sales department, throughout and through the closure of the event and subsequent financial aspects of the program, while maintaining profitable operations and high-quality products and service levels. He/she is responsible for achieving hotels banquet/catering budgets and is expected to market ideas to promote business; reduce employee turnover; maintain revenue and payroll budgets; and meet budgeted productivity while keeping quality consistently high. The Complex Event Manager is also responsible for acting as a liaison between client and operating departments to ensure a successful meeting and to generate repeat business.
The Group Housing /Sales/Catering Coordinator is responsible for clerical, administrative, marketing materials, and other duties to assist in the smooth operation of Group/Sales/Catering. He/she is also responsible for providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests.
The Club Floor Attendant is responsible for providing the highest quality service possible to guests while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the hours of operation. The club floor attendant is responsible for the set up and maintaining of the breakfast buffet while insuring that all breakfast tables are kept clean and presentable at all times. We are looking for Weekend Breakfast Attendant. This is a Friday, Saturday and Sunday every week positon that is part time.
The Guest Experience Liaisons “GEL”, primary responsibility is to improve the guests’ experience through continued interaction with all guests and liaise with the Rooms Division and Food and Beverage teams. The GEL is a key member of our Guest Relations team and will enable the department to achieve the departmental goals in creating “Brilliant Moments” for our guests. The GEL holds accountability for instilling consistency of hotel standards as well as generating and promoting ideas to enhance the guest’s experience through communication before, during, and after the guests stay.
The Night Auditor is responsible for reconciling all hotel cashier transactions; reviewing, organizing and compiling management reports on a timely basis and ensuring the accuracy of guest billings and city ledger transactions. He/she is also responsible for effectively communicating concerns and/or related issues to all levels of management and performing guest service agent duties as required, including check-in, check-out, switchboard operation and reservations.
The House Attendant is responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of all assigned areas and equipment. He/she is also responsible for delivering items to guestrooms (express checkout, newspapers – property specific, etc.).
The Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining clean and attractive guestrooms while providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests. Cross training in laundry is required. Wage ranges from $17-17.50 per hour.
The Front Office Supervisor is responsible for providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests during check-in, throughout their stay, and at checkout, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.
The Room Attendant is housekeeper position that is responsible for maintaining clean and attractive guestrooms while providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests.
