The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for assisting in coordinating, supervising and directing all aspects of F&B outlet’s operations, while maintaining a profitable F&B outlet and high quality products and service levels. The Kitchn Supervisor will assist the Chef de Cuisine with overseeing and supervising the culinary operation, including orders and inventory of all products, department staffing according to hotel business and forecast, and guidance of fellow team members. The Kitchen Supervisor will also effectively and proactively monitor the daily organization and cleanliness of the kitchen and equipment, ensuring that the highest quality of service is provided to all hotel guests.
As a Pastry Cook, you will hold a crucial position in our Pastry shop. You will work independently, under minimum supervision, and will be preparing delicious baking goods according to our recipes and plating specs which are so important for creating a memorable experience to our guests. You will be responsible for prepping, cooking and baking items, while supporting the Pastry Lead's and Pastry Chef's efforts to improve the general quality of products being prepared.

The Line Cook is responsible for preparing all food items, based on standardized recipes, for the Restaurants, Room Service, Employee Cafeteria and Banquets, while maintaining the highest standards to produce an appealing and appetizing product. He/she is also responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, sanitation and safety in the kitchen and work areas while minimizing waste and maximizing cost/production ratio.
The Outlet Server is responsible for providing the highest quality of service to guests in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner. He/she is also responsible for receiving and delivering guests orders and collecting payment.
