The Massage-Body-Hydro Therapist is responsible for providing quality professional service in the administration of massage therapy, body treatments and hydrotherapy treatments to guests of the Spa.
The Restaurant Server is responsible for providing the highest quality of service to guests in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner. He/she is also responsible for receiving and delivering guests orders and collecting payment.

The Luau Male Dancer / Fire Knife Dancer will work under the supervision of the Luau Stage Manager and work in conjunction with the Luau Show Line Captains to assist with the daily operations of the Luau Show. An integral part of their responsibility is maintaining the performance standards as directed by the Luau Artistic Director. The Luau Male Dancer / Fire Knife Dancer provides professional authentic Hawaiian/Polynesian songs, dances or skits, performances before, during and after the show. Provides excellent guest experience.
The Safety and Security Officer is responsible for providing protection and communication with hotel guests and employees. He/she is also responsible for patrolling hotel premises to maintain security, detect and report fire, security and safety hazards and/or violations of Highgate Hotel’s rules and regulations.
The Food Runner ensures timely delivery of orders so that food is the freshest it can be, resulting in high guest satisfaction. This position is also responsible for ensuring the order is accurate, in accordance to the Server's entry and aesthetically appealing. Food Runners will also assist with clearing tables after service and resetting. Strives to maintain health code standards of food handling.
The House Attendant is responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of all assigned areas and equipment. He/she is also responsible for delivering items to guestrooms (express checkout, newspapers – property specific, etc.).
The Barista will perform several job duties and provide customer service.The Barista will take orders and make coffee, tea, and other drinks to customer specifications. Baristas also operate cash registers and credit card machines.
The Host is responsible for ensuring the prompt recognition and seating of all guests in outlets as assigned and assists the servers in providingpositive, attentive, courteous, and efficient service to guests throughout their dining experience. He/she is also responsible for maintaining par level and service quality of menus.
The Outlet Server is responsible for providing the highest quality of service to guests in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner. He/she is also responsible for receiving and delivering guests orders and collecting payment.
The Housekeeping Houseperson is responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of all assigned areas and equipment. He/she is also responsible for delivering items to guestrooms (express checkout, newspapers – property specific, etc.).
The Front Office Agent is responsible for providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests during check-in, throughout their stay, and at checkout, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.4- 5 Days Weekly

The Chief Engineer is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the engineering division. In the absence of the Director, the assistant will assume the administrative, financial and operating aspects of the hotel as they relate to engineering.

The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for administering and coordinating housekeeping functions in assigned sections, as well as assuming all Housekeeping Manager functions in his/her absence.

They are also responsible for assisting with proper food storage and rotation.
