The House Attendant is responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of all assigned areas and equipment. He/she is also responsible for delivering items to guestrooms (express checkout, newspapers – property specific, etc.).

The Guest Experience Coordinator is responsible for monitoring and assisting in the quality of overall guest experience from pre-arrival, in-house and post-stay. He/she maintains guest satisfaction by tracking and responding to customer comments on social media and internal guest satisfaction index. He/she is responsible to create and execute guest activities to include cultural & kids programs, and activate lobby and pool areas. This position is also responsible for the execution of VIP service deliverables and acts as main contact throughout VIP’s stays. The Guest Experience Coordinator will also serve as a lobby ambassador and assist with guest communication of hotel services via letter, text, email, and face to face communication. Performs administration duties as needed.

The Engineer, Level 1, is responsible for ensuring that the property is maintained in the best possible condition at all times with the least amount of inconvenience to customers and employees.  Must have a flexible work schedule that might include weekends, holidays and evenings.

The Bus Person is responsible for assisting the servers in providing the highest quality service possible to guests while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the hours of operation. The Bus Person must insure that all tables are kept clean and presentable with clean china, glassware, silverware and linen.

The Complex Director of Sales is primarily responsible for leading & driving top line revenue strategy for traditional sales related segments to include group, volume transient & catering.  The individual is additionally responsible for staying ahead of market trends, market share movement and ongoing competitive hotel analysis, while directing the property sales teams (rooms & catering) to insure budgeted revenues are met or exceeded. The Complex Director of Sales is also responsible for developing and implementing a marketing communications plan designed to achieve the desired positioning for the hotel, as well as managing the sales and marketing budget that supports revenue attainment.

The Sous Chef - La Société is responsible for ensuring that all meals coming from the kitchen are well prepared with regard to quality, consistency, eye appeal, taste and food cost. He/she is expected to provide training for all staff; meet corporate quality standards; and assist in establishing and enforcing food specifications, portion control, recipes and sanitation. The Sous Chef is also responsible for controlling food and labor costs while maximizing guest satisfaction.
