This position combines advanced technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, ensuring that all esthetic services are performed to the highest level of quality, consistency, and guest care. The Lead Esthetician oversees the day-to-day operations of the esthetics department, supports and mentors the esthetician team, and upholds the spa’s service protocols, hygiene standards, and brand philosophy. The Luau Show Line Captain will work in conjunction and assist the Luau Show Stage Manager and Luau Show Dancers with all the daily operations of the Luau Show. An integral part of their responsibility is maintaining the performance standards as directed by the Luau Artistic Director to maintain the quality of the Luau show. The Luau Show Line Captain will also perform as a Luau Show Dancer providing professional authentic Hawaiian/Polynesian songs, dances or skits, performances before, during and after the show.
