TradeWinds Island Resorts is currently seeking a Daytime Security Officer to proudly provide a safe, secure, and accident-free environment. The Security Officer will be challenged with traversing the resort properties to observe, monitor, report and document daily activities in support of resort loss-prevention objectives.
The Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining clean and attractive guestrooms while providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests.
The Night Auditor is responsible for reconciling all hotel cashier transactions; reviewing, organizing and compiling management reports on a timely basis and ensuring the accuracy of guest billings and city ledger transactions. He/she is also responsible for effectively communicating concerns and/or related issues to all levels of management and performing guest service agent duties as required, including check-in, check-out, switchboard operation and reservations.
The House Attendant is responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of all assigned areas and equipment. He/she is also responsible for delivering items to guestrooms (express checkout, newspapers – property specific, etc.).
The Server Attendant at Favorite Son is responsible for providing the highest quality of service to guests in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner. He/she is also responsible for receiving and delivering guests orders and collecting payment.
The Engineer, Level 1, is responsible for ensuring that the property is maintained in the best possible condition at all times with the least amount of inconvenience to customers and employees.

The Concierge is responsible for creating a welcoming first impression and for providing current information about the local area, attractions and events. He/she is also responsible for greeting guests, assisting with questions, and providing recommendations and directions for restaurants, attractions and events in the area.
The Assistant Guest Services Manager is responsible for supporting the operation of the Guest Services department in an attentive, friendly, efficient and courteous manner, providing all guests with quality service prior to and throughout their stay, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy. This is an OEM position and overtime does apply and is calculated accordingly.
The Bartender is responsible for the complete set up of the bar area and the mixing of drinks for all guests and servers. Need to maintain the service and cleanliness of the bar area, ensuring quality service, guest satisfaction and control over liquor inventory.
The Guest Services Manager (OEM) is responsible for assisting the Front Office Manager while providing attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests, including successfully resolving guest complaints, prior to arrival and throughout their stay, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.
The Tournant is responsible for preparing all food items, based on standardized recipes, for the Restaurants, Room Service, Employee Cafeteria and Banquets, while maintaining the highest standards to produce an appealing and appetizing product. He/she is also responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, sanitation and safety in the kitchen and work areas while minimizing waste and maximizing cost/production ratio.
The Luau Musician must be an expert at playing the instrument they are hired to play. An integral part of their responsibility is to work in conjunction with the Luau Stage Manager under the direction of the Luau Artistic Director to maintain the quality of the Luau Show.

Duties include greeting & seating guests, answering phones, directing guests to bar, lounge, or restrooms, and maintaining the flow of service throughout the dining room. Must be pleasant, conscientious, and professional with excellent hospitality instincts & drive to provide customer service. Must be able to operate effectively as part of a team, communicate clearly, and ensure smooth, quality service.
The Barback is for assisting Bartenders in all opening, closing, and nightly duties. Responsible for maintaining clean bars, stocking and cleanliness of silverware, glassware, and dishes, and supplying service bar with food. Must be pleasant, conscientious, and professional while maintaining a positive attitude and delivering superior guest service always. Must be able to operate effectively as part of a team, communicate clearly, and ensure smooth service operations and quality service.
As the primary contact with guests at the bar, the Bartender is responsible for selling, preparing and serving mixed beverages, wine and food. Duties include preparing and serving beverages, overseeing bar maintenance, making menu suggestions, delivering food and drinks, describing the dishes to guests, recommending wine selections, monitoring guest satisfaction, and managing inventory. Must be pleasant, conscientious, and professional with an extensive knowledge of mixology, product, and alcoholic beverage selections. Must be able to operate effectively as part of a team, communicate clearly, and ensure smooth service operations and quality service.
The Server is responsible for providing the highest quality of service to guests in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner. The Server is also responsible for receiving and delivering guests orders and collecting payment. This position requires a motivated hospitality professional who is organized, friendly, and passionate. You will be an integral part of our service team who sets the stage for a memorable meal. You have a passion for food and beverage and you strive to provide selfless hospitality to our guests. You have amazing attention to detail, work well as part of a team, and work well under pressure.
