The House Attendant is responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of all assigned areas and equipment. He/she is also responsible for delivering items to guestrooms (express checkout, newspapers – property specific, etc.).

The Group Reservations Coordinator is responsible for handling all transient reservations, faxes, email and telephone inquiries and cancellations in an attentive, courteous and efficient manner, and quoting available rates to maximize room revenue according to Highgate Hotel standards. Being able to multi task is critical along with handling a very large work load. Time management is key is this role. He/she is also responsible for participating in the monthly Rooms Merchandising meeting.

The Kitchn Supervisor will assist the Chef de Cuisine with overseeing and supervising the culinary operation, including orders and inventory of all products, department staffing according to hotel business and forecast, and guidance of fellow team members. The Kitchen Supervisor will also effectively and proactively monitor the daily organization and cleanliness of the kitchen and equipment, ensuring that the highest quality of service is provided to all hotel guests.

The Night Auditor is responsible for reconciling all hotel cashier transactions; reviewing, organizing and compiling management reports on a timely basis and ensuring the accuracy of guest billings and city ledger transactions. He/she is also responsible for effectively communicating concerns and/or related issues to all levels of management and performing guest service agent duties as required, including check-in, check-out, switchboard operation and reservations.
