The Taskforce Food & Beverage Manager is a temporary role responsible for assisting in coordinating, supervising and directing all aspects of F&B outlet’s operations, while maintaining a profitable F&B outlet and high quality products and service levels. He/she is expected to market ideas to promote business; reduce employee turnover; maintain revenue and payroll budgets; and meet budgeted productivity while keeping quality consistently high.

The Bartender is responsible for the complete set up of the bar area and the mixing of drinks for all guests and servers. Need to maintain the service and cleanliness of the bar area, ensuring quality service, guest satisfaction and control over liquor inventory.
The Guest Service Agent is responsible for providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests during check-in, throughout their stay, and at checkout, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.
The Engineer Utility must be open to learning and trouble shoot televisions, phones and other training related to the job. They should be flexible, eager to learn and be able to communicate with guests.
The Public Area Attendant plays a vital role in maintaining the overall look, feel, and cleanliness of E11EVEN Hotel & Residences by ensuring all public spaces consistently reflect Highgate standards and luxury brand expectations. This position is responsible for the care and presentation of lobbies, corridors, restrooms, fitness and business centers, restaurants, meeting spaces, elevators, pool areas, parking garages, and other shared guest areas. The role supports a clean, safe, and welcoming environment throughout the property and may assist with special cleaning projects or provide support to Room Attendant and House Attendant functions as operational needs require.

The Safety and Security Supervisor is responsible for directing the day-to-day operation of the Safety and Security department, providing protection and communication with hotel guests and employees. He/she is also responsible for patrolling hotel premises to maintain security, detect and report fire, security and safety hazards and/or violations of Highgate Hotel rules and regulations.
