The Bartender is responsible for the complete set up of the bar area and the mixing of drinks for all guests and servers. Need to maintain the service and cleanliness of the bar area, ensuring quality service, guest satisfaction and control over liquor inventory.
The House Attendant is responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of all assigned areas and equipment. He/she is also responsible for delivering items to guestrooms (express checkout, newspapers – property specific, etc.).
The Room Service Attendant is responsible for receiving orders, running food, preparing orders and delivering items to guestrooms in an attentive, courteous and efficient manner.
The Breakfast Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional service to guests in an efficient and courteous manner within the complimentary breakfast area of a hotel.
The Bell Captain is responsible for overseeing the operations of the Bell Staff including: helping guests into and out of the hotel, providing pick up and delivery of guest’s luggage, and providing delivery of items to guests as requested. He/she is also responsible for supervising and assisting with the check-in/check-out process, accommodating guests during their stay in an attentive, courteous and efficient manner; and directing and coordinating the activities of the Bell Staff.
The Guest Service Agent is responsible for providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests during check-in, throughout their stay, and at checkout, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.
The Bellman (Full-Time) is responsible for assisting guests with luggage upon arrival and departure and accommodating guests during their stay in an attentive, courteous and efficient manner.
The Steward/Potwasher/Warewasher is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and proper storage of all china, glass, and silver, and ensuring the highest standards of sanitation. He/she is also responsible for assisting the kitchen staff in maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen and all storage areas; specifically for cleaning all equipment, utensils, and the physical work area. He/she is also responsible for assisting with proper food storage and rotation.
The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for administering and coordinating housekeeping functions in assigned sections, as well as assuming all Housekeeping Manager functions in his/her absence.
The Beach Attendant greets guests as they arrive at and depart from the beach, set up chairs, towels, and umbrellas per guest’s requests. Ensure knowledge of daily events on property so there are amenities set aside for them. Responsible for attending to immediate needs of each guest upon arrival and throughout their stay for beach related needs, etc. Ensures all pool, beach, and laundry facilities are clean. Proper knowledge of local area to help suggest things for guests. Thorough knowledge of all hotel services and amenities.
The Front Office Manager is responsible for ensuring the operation of the Guest Services, Concierge and Uniformed Services/Transportation in an attentive, friendly, efficient and courteous manner, providing all guests with quality service prior to and throughout their stay, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.

He/she is also responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, sanitation and safety in the kitchen and work areas, while minimizing waste and maximizing cost/production ratio.
