The Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining clean and attractive guestrooms while providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests.

Primary responsibility is to ensure that all guests are warmly welcomed upon their arrival at the entrance of the Hotel.  The Valet assures a quality arrival and departure experience at the door including assistance with luggage, parking and retrieving cars, and accommodating guests during their stay in an attentive, courteous and efficient manner.

The Guest Service Agent is responsible for providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests during check-in, throughout their stay, and at checkout, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.

The Bus Person is responsible for assisting the servers in providing the highest quality service possible to guests while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the hours of operation. The Bus Person must insure that all tables are kept clean and presentable with clean china, glassware, silverware and linen.

They are also responsible for assisting the kitchen staff in maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen and all storage areas; specifically for cleaning all equipment, utensils, and the physical work area. They are also responsible for assisting with proper food storage and rotation.
