He/she is also responsible for patrolling hotel premises to maintain security, detect and report fire, security and safety hazards and/or violations of Highgate Hotel’s rules and regulations.

The Guest Experience Coordinator is responsible for the coordination, delivery, and retrieval of amenities, ensuring seamless execution while maintaining a high level of guest interaction. This role requires a professional demeanor, strong organizational skills, and the ability to engage with guests in a polished and service-oriented manner. Additionally, the Guest Experience Coordinator will assist with administrative tasks as assigned and must be comfortable transporting and occasionally serving alcoholic beverages in compliance with hotel policies and legal regulations. This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for 6+ hours per shift, and move efficiently throughout the property.

The Server Assistant plays a vital dual role in supporting seamless dining operations by ensuring tables are impeccably set and maintained, and by delivering food from the kitchen to guests with precision and grace. This position requires strong teamwork, attention to detail, and commitment to luxury service standards. As a Steward, you will hold an essential position in the kitchen operation. You will enjoy working within a kitchen and being part of a thorough and efficient team. You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and will be using machine and manual cleaning methods to ensure the cleanliness of all glassware, tableware, and cooking utensils. 

As a Cook you will hold an essential position in our restaurant. You will be part of a growing and caring team, preparing delicious meals according to our unique recipes and plating specs, which are so important for creating a memorable dining experience. You will be responsible for prepping, cooking and dressing dishes, as well as keeping your work area clean and sanitized.  This is a restaurant opening, looking for cooks of all experience (Lead, Line and Prep) - $17 - $20/hour + generous benefit package

The busperson must insure that all tables are kept clean and presentable with clean china, glassware, silverware and linen. 

The Sales Manager is responsible for effectively soliciting and becoming familiar with all accounts in his/her market segments. He/she is also responsible for prospecting and closing on assigned accounts/territory to positively impact hotel revenues.
