The Fitness Lead is responsible for maintaining all fitness operations and producing and directing programs and special events for members and hotel guests. He/she is also responsible for supervising all health club personnel to ensure quality health and fitness services to members and guests.

at the Homewood Suites Portsmouth, the Public Area Attendant is responsible for maintaining Highgate Hotel Standards in all assigned lobby areas, Business Center, Fitness Center, restaurants, public restrooms, corridors, meeting rooms, offices, elevators, pool areas, parking garages, driveways, and any other public spaces. May also be required to complete special cleaning assignments and perform Room Attendant and House Attendant duties as necessary.
The Engineering Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Engineering Department. In the absence of the Director and/or Assistant, the Supervisor will assume the administrative, financial and operating aspects of the hotel for the Engineering department.
The Coffee Shop Attendant is responsible for the preparation of the Market Grab and Go confecctions, accepting payment for food and beverages and making proper change for guests and fellow employees. He/she is also responsible for assisting the Host/Hostess in the prompt greeting and seating of all guests and assist servers as needed.
The Food Runner ensures timely delivery of orders so that food is the freshest it can be, resulting in high guest satisfaction. This position is also responsible for ensuring the order is accurate, in accordance to the Server's entry and aesthetically appealing. Food Runners will also assist with clearing tables after service and resetting. Strives to maintain health code standards of food handling.
The Front Office Agent is responsible for providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests during check-in, throughout their stay, and at checkout, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.
The Group/Sales/Catering Coordinator is responsible for clerical and administrative duties, assisting with marketing materials and basic creative tasks that support the Group/Sales/Catering departments. The role includes building and managing room blocks, maintaining arrival details, and creating internal planning documentation to ensure seamless event and group execution. He/she helps support the department’s revenue and guest satisfaction goals while providing attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests.
