The House Attendant/Housekeeping plays a vital role in maintaining the overall look, feel, and cleanliness of E11EVEN Hotel & Residences by ensuring all public spaces consistently reflect Highgate standards and luxury brand expectations. This position is responsible for the care and presentation of lobbies, corridors, restrooms, fitness and business centers, restaurants, meeting spaces, elevators, pool areas, parking garages, and other shared guest areas. The role supports a clean, safe, and welcoming environment throughout the property and may assist with special cleaning projects or provide support to Room Attendant and House Attendant functions as operational needs require.
The Safety & Security Officer plays a pivotal role in ensuring a safe, secure, and seamless environment for all guests, residents, and team members at E11EVEN Hotel & Residences. This position is responsible for maintaining a visible security presence throughout the property, proactively identifying and addressing potential safety hazards, and upholding the brand’s standards for protection and guest experience. The Officer conducts regular patrols, responds swiftly to incidents, and enforces hotel policies while delivering exceptional, service‑focused communication. This role is critical to safeguarding the wellbeing, privacy, and peace of mind of everyone on property. Hotel, Resort, or Nightlife expereince is required for this role.
The Housekeeping Supervisor oversees and coordinates housekeeping operations in assigned areas, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and efficiency. This role includes managing staff, monitoring workflow, and maintaining quality control. The Supervisor also assumes all responsibilities of the Housekeeping Manager in their absence, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
The Minibar Attendant is responsible for maintaining and replenishing guest room minibars to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience. This role includes restocking items, checking expiration dates, recording usage, and reporting any discrepancies. The Minibar Attendant provides attentive and discreet service, responds to guest requests, and ensures all minibar stations are clean, organized, and fully stocked. Attention to detail, efficiency, and a guest-focused attitude are essential for maintaining high standards of service.
The Server is responsible for providing the highest quality of service to guests in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner. He/she is also responsible for receiving and delivering guests orders and collecting payment
The Pool Attendant is responsible for the maintenance of all pool stations while providing exceptional customer service to all guests. This includes setting up and organizing loungers and umbrellas, replenishing towels and amenities, and ensuring the pool deck remains clean, orderly, and safe at all times. The Pool Attendant assists guests with seating, accommodates special requests, monitors adherence to pool guidelines, and promptly reports any safety or maintenance concerns. This role requires strong attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and a commitment to creating a welcoming and enjoyable poolside experience.
The Barback is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and proper stock behind the bar, as well as ensuring the best-in-class guest experience. They are also responsible for assisting the Bar staff in keeping the bar organized for an efficient flow of service throughout their shift. In addition, the position supports the bar area and ensures the lobby market is consistently restocked, organized, and presented to standard.
The Guest Services Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Guest Services Manager and Assistant Guest Services Manager while providing attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests, prior to arrival and throughout their stay, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.
The Engineering is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Engineering Department. In the absence of the Director and/or Assistant, the engineer will assume the administrative, financial and operating aspects of the hotel for the Engineering department.

The Coordinator fosters strong owner relationships, ensures clear communication, and upholds an exceptional level of service and discretion at all times.
The Cook is responsible for preparing all food items, based on standardized recipes, for the Restaurants, Room Service, Employee Cafeteria and Banquets, while maintaining the highest standards to produce an appealing and appetizing product. He/she is also responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, sanitation and safety in the kitchen and work areas while minimizing waste and maximizing cost/production ratio.
The Cook is responsible for preparing all food items, based on standardized recipes, for the Restaurants, Room Service, Employee Cafeteria and Banquets, while maintaining the highest standards to produce an appealing and appetizing product. The Steward/Potwasher/Warewasher is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and proper storage of all china, glass, and silver, and ensuring the highest standards of sanitation. He/she is also responsible for assisting the kitchen staff in maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen and all storage areas; specifically for cleaning all equipment, utensils, and the physical work area. He/she is also responsible for assisting with proper food storage and rotation.
The House Attendant is responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of all assigned areas and equipment. He/she is also responsible for delivering items to guestrooms (express checkout, newspapers – property specific, etc.).
The Server is responsible for providing the highest quality of service to guests in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner. He/she is also responsible for receiving and delivering guests orders and collecting payment
The Night Auditor is responsible for reconciling all hotel cashier transactions; reviewing, organizing and compiling management reports on a timely basis and ensuring the accuracy of guest billings and city ledger transactions. He/she is also responsible for effectively communicating concerns and/or related issues to all levels of management and performing guest service agent duties as required, including check-in, check-out, switchboard operation and reservations.

Guest Services Agents actively contribute to guest satisfaction and hotel performance by anticipating needs, resolving requests with care, and supporting revenue and occupancy goals through informed, service‑driven interactions.
