The Reservations & Revenue Manager is responsible for maximizing Rooms revenue through management of the hotel’s room inventory, and for assisting in managing of the day-to-day activities and duties of the Reservations Department. The Huntington Hotel is seeking an Reservations & Revenue Manager to assist in maintaining accuracy and efficiency with regard to the standards of Huntington reservations sales system.  Candidates for this position must have strong guest services and sales experience, and the ability to work independently.  The ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays is a requirement of this position.

This role supports the guest journey by providing warm, anticipatory service and helping create a serene, welcoming environment. The Spa Attendant works closely with the spa reception, therapists, and Management teams to ensure seamless operations.

The Spa Receptionist is the first point of contact for all spa guests and plays a key role in delivering an exceptional luxury experience. This role handles reservations, check-ins, check-outs, retail sales, and guest communication with grace, efficiency, and professionalism. The Spa Receptionist ensures a seamless and personalized spa journey while supporting overall spa operations.

The Guest Service Agent is responsible for providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests during check-in, throughout their stay, and at checkout, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.

The Outlet Server is responsible for providing the highest quality of service to guests in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner. They are also responsible for receiving and delivering guests orders and collecting payment.

The All Around/Pantry Cook is responsible for preparing all food items, based on standardized recipes, for the Restaurants, Room Service, Employee Cafeteria and Banquets, while maintaining the highest standards to produce an appealing and appetizing product. He/she is also responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, sanitation and safety in the kitchen and work areas while minimizing waste and maximizing cost/production ratio.

The Station Cook is responsible for preparing all food items, based on standardized recipes, for the Restaurants, Room Service, Employee Cafeteria and Banquets, while maintaining the highest standards to produce an appealing and appetizing product. He/she is also responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, sanitation and safety in the kitchen and work areas while minimizing waste and maximizing cost/production ratio.

The Engineer, Level 2 is responsible for insuring that the property is maintained in the best possible condition at all times with the least amount of inconvenience to guests and employees.The ideal candidate MUST have HVAC, Refrigeration (with universal certification), Electrical, and High Rise Fire Safety knowledge and experience. 

Respond and attend to guest repair requests. Communicate with guests/customers to resolve maintenance issues. Perform preventive maintenance on tools and kitchen and mechanical room equipment, including cleaning and lubrication. Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines.

The Lobby Ambassador is responsible for providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests during check-in, throughout their stay, and at checkout, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.

The Safety and Security Officer is responsible for providing protection and communication with hotel guests and employees. He/she is also responsible for patrolling hotel premises to maintain security, detect and report fire, security and safety hazards and/or violations of Highgate Hotel’s rules and regulations.
