The primary duty and responsibility of the Busser is to clean and set up tables in the outlet and perform other food service-related duties, including general cleaning and setup, ensuring that empty tables are ready to receive new guests. The Engineer is responsible for maintaining the general condition of the property with regards to all aspects of basic electrical, carpentry, plumbing, mechanical and painting work. Complete maintenance request work orders from all departments on a timely basis. Participate in the preventive maintenance program for all-building equipment and rooms. Complete other special projects assigned periodically by the Assistant Director of Engineering.

The Safety & Security Officer plays a pivotal role in ensuring a safe, secure, and seamless environment for all guests, residents, and team members at E11EVEN Hotel & Residences. This position is responsible for maintaining a visible security presence throughout the property, proactively identifying and addressing potential safety hazards, and upholding the brand’s standards for protection and guest experience. The Officer conducts regular patrols, responds swiftly to incidents, and enforces hotel policies while delivering exceptional, service‑focused communication. This role is critical to safeguarding the wellbeing, privacy, and peace of mind of everyone on property. Hotel, Resort, or Nightlife expereince is required for this role.

The Safety and Security Supervisor is responsible for directing the day-to-day operation of the Safety and Security department, providing protection and communication with hotel guests and employees. He/she is also responsible for patrolling hotel premises to maintain security, detect and report fire, security and safety hazards and/or violations of Highgate Hotel rules and regulations.

The Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining clean and attractive guestrooms while providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests.

The House Attendant is responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of all assigned areas and equipment. He/she is also responsible for delivering items to guestrooms (express checkout, newspapers – property specific, etc.).

The purpose of the Rooms Controller Agent Position is to increase guest preference of our hotel and Highgate Hotels brand. The Rooms Controller assigns hotel rooms to guests based on their reservation and unique requests and preferences. The Rooms Controller will maintain and manage the hotel’s inventory of guest rooms while supporting front desk operations with reservation and rooms related information. The Concierge is responsible for creating a welcoming first impression and for providing current information about the local area, attractions and events. He/she is also responsible for greeting guests, assisting with questions, and providing recommendations and directions for restaurants, attractions and events in the area.

The Event Coordinator supports the Sales department at E11EVEN Club Hotel & Residences by coordinating and servicing group meetings and events from booking through execution. Working under the direction of the Director of Catering & Conference Services, this role serves as a key point of contact for clients, prepares event documentation, communicates details to hotel departments, and ensures every event is executed accurately and to the highest standards. The Event Coordinator also supports the sales team with inquiries, proposals, and outreach efforts.

The Sales & Marketing Coordinator supports the Sales and Marketing teams at E11EVEN Club Hotel & Residences with administrative tasks, planning, and the coordination of projects and activities needed to drive revenue and successfully execute sales initiatives and marketing campaigns.

The Purchasing & Receiving Clerk is responsible for receiving, inspecting, storing, and issuing all incoming food, beverage, and operating supplies for E11EVEN Club Hotel & Residences. This role ensures the accuracy of deliveries, verifies the quantity and quality of items, maintains the proper storage and organization of storeroom inventory, and issues products to departments based on approved requisitions. The Purchasing & Receiving Clerk works closely with the Purchasing Manager, suppliers, F&B and Culinary management, and other hotel departments to ensure efficient operations and adherence to established guidelines.

The Guest Services Agent is a key ambassador of the E11EVEN Hotel & Residences experience, delivering a warm, confident, and efficient first and last impression for every guest. This role is responsible for providing attentive and personalized service throughout the guest journey from check‑in and stay support to departure, while maintaining accuracy, pace, and professionalism in a high‑energy luxury environment. Guest Services Agents actively contribute to guest satisfaction and hotel performance by anticipating needs, resolving requests with care, and supporting revenue and occupancy goals through informed, service‑driven interactions.

The Night Auditor is responsible for reconciling all hotel cashier transactions; reviewing, organizing and compiling management reports on a timely basis and ensuring the accuracy of guest billings and city ledger transactions. He/she is also responsible for effectively communicating concerns and/or related issues to all levels of management and performing guest service agent duties as required, including check-in, check-out, switchboard operation and reservations.

This position is responsible for the care and presentation of lobbies, corridors, restrooms, fitness and business centers, restaurants, meeting spaces, elevators, pool areas, parking garages, and other shared guest areas. The role supports a clean, safe, and welcoming environment throughout the property and may assist with special cleaning projects or provide support to Room Attendant and House Attendant functions as operational needs require.
