The uniform attendant /seamstress is responsible for creating, repairing, and altering clothing and other fabric items.
The Guest Services Manager (OEM) is responsible for assisting the Guest Relations Manager / Front Office Manager while providing attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests, including successfully resolving guest complaints, prior to arrival and throughout their stay, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.
The Cook is responsible for preparing all food items, based on standardized recipes, for the Restaurants, Room Service, Employee Cafeteria and Banquets, while maintaining the highest standards to produce an appealing and appetizing product. He/she is also responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, sanitation and safety in the kitchen and work areas while minimizing waste and maximizing cost/production ratio.
The Concierge is responsible for creating a welcoming first impression and for providing current information about the local area, attractions and events. He/she is also responsible for greeting guests, assisting with questions, and providing recommendations and directions for restaurants, attractions and events in the area.
Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the hotel's power plant including boilers, chillers, air compressors and related equipment in order to supply heat, air conditioning, steam, water and related mechanical services in sufficient quantities to meet the hotel's needs.
The Overnight Maintenance Engineer Painter is responsible for ensuring that the property is maintained in the best possible condition at all times with a focus on painting throughout the property.
The Front Desk/Guest Services Agent provides attentive, courteous and efficient service to guests throughout their stay, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.
