This role will oversee three large box Marriott assets totaling nearly 1,400 rooms and >$100M in annual revenue.

The Groundskeeper is responsible for ensuring that the outside grounds of the property is maintained at the best possible condition at all times with the least amount of inconvenience to guests and employees. The Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the grounds outside the building to include: trimming of grass, trees, shrubs, removal, and planting of all types of plants, etc.
Support the overall operation of the Human Resource Department in daily administrative functions. Assist the Director of Human Resources with key responsibilities which includes new hire administration, employee relations, training and communications with both hotel departments and Highgate corporate offices.
