The Night Auditor is responsible for reconciling all hotel cashier transactions; reviewing, organizing and compiling management reports on a timely basis and ensuring the accuracy of guest billings and city ledger transactions. He/she is also responsible for effectively communicating concerns and/or related issues to all levels of management and performing guest service agent duties as required, including check-in, check-out, switchboard operation and reservations.
The Front Office Supervisor is responsible for providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests during check-in, throughout their stay, and at checkout, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy. They will report to the Front Office Manager to help lead guest service, problem resolution, training and empowerment of the team on guest situations as well as Manager on Duty shifts. This role primarily is an evening shift with most shifts starting at 3pm.

The Server is responsible for providing the highest quality of service to guests in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner. He/she is also responsible for receiving and delivering guests orders and collecting payment. The Server must be have cocktail and alcohol knowledge. The Barback is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and proper stock behind the bar, as well as ensuring the best-in-class guest experience. They are also responsible for assisting the Bar staff in keeping the bar organized for an efficient flow of service throughout their shift.

The Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for ensuring proper review, timely processing and communicating of all disbursements in accordance with Highgate Hotel’s policies and procedures.
