The Front Office Agent is responsible for providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests during check-in, throughout their stay, and at checkout, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.

Shuttle Drivers are responsible for providing hospitality in an attentive, friendly, and efficient manner to all guests. The job duties of this position include, but not limited to: Ensuring guest are driven to and from the airport in an efficient safe manner; assisting with customers’ belongings such as luggage, baby strollers, suit jackets, and wheelchairs; and provide driving directions and other information to guest.
