The Hotel Effie Bellperson is responsible forassisting with thecheck-in/check-out processes and accommodating guests during their stay in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner.
The Bellperson (On-Call) is responsible for assisting guests with luggage upon arrival and departure and accommodating guests during their stay in an attentive, courteous and efficient manner.
The Japanese Guest Service Agent (Full-Time) is primarily responsible to assist Japanese speaking guests, but will also be responsible for providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests throughout their stay, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.

- Prioritize service requests; schedule and monitor the service performed to ensure customer satisfaction, safety and convenience. - Test and examine the safety systems to ensure they are 100% operational at all times to protect the asset, guests and employees.- Monitor utility consumption to determine the effectiveness of current systems.- Review purchase requests and monitor expenses to ensure budgeted goals are met/exceeded.
The House Attendant is responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of all assigned areas and equipment. He/she is also responsible for delivering items to guestrooms (express checkout, newspapers – property specific, etc.).

The Housekeeping Clerk will be servicing guest rooms, while making sure to follow a comprehensive cleaning process throughout the hotel following all of the Brand and CDC guidelines for cleanliness.
The Concierge is responsible for creating a welcoming first impression and for providing current information about the local area, attractions and events. He/she is also responsible for greeting guests, assisting with questions, and providing recommendations and directions for restaurants, attractions and events in the area.
The Director of Sales & Marketing is primarily responsible for leading & driving top line revenue strategy for traditional sales related segments to include group, volume transient & catering. The individual is additionally responsible for staying ahead of market trends, market share movement and ongoing competitive hotel analysis, while directing the property sales teams (rooms & catering) to insure budgeted revenues are met or exceeded. The Director of Sales & Marketing is also responsible for developing and implementing a marketing communications plan designed to achieve the desired positioning for the hotel, as well as managing the sales and marketing budget that supports revenue attainment.
